ModesTod

Modesttod Pint Sized Fashion at Full Volume

The toddler fashion scene has made some serious strides in the right direction recently. Gone are the laments over too cute, too blue, too baby, baby wear, as it seems we've finally entered the era of kids clothes that are cool enough for the rest of us. (and yes, the cutesy baby gear is technically still out there, we just choose to look the other way!)

ModesTod offers up a selection for boys and girls that join the ranks of the rare few to delight mama's fashion sense and appeal to little one's interest. The soft vintage inspired tees in subdued hues and the embedded, quality printing will make us grown folks swoon. The graphics, in addition to a full fledged drum kit feature tractors and a funky field of pasteled flowers, because that's what kids like.

Edgy graphics aside we like the message even better. My favorite, "Boredom is the Failure of Imagination" [$32] tee, rings true from living rooms across the globe. It makes it even better knowing that the tee is printed right here in the US. And if you're still looking for a sweet Valentine's something, you might want to add the "Love Dubbed" tee to your list. (It's pink but I have an inkling my little man will be sporting it).

The brain child of our very own Mama, Cara and her other half, this mom and pop team have succeeded in pumping out a new collection of tees that rock as much as your wee one. (And yes, Grandma, babies these days do wear black).
